Keeping Heritage Alive Through Movement, Voice, and Tradition
Formed in 2022, Padipu Kaiyaale (R) is a cultural initiative dedicated to connecting younger generations with the living essence of Kodava heritage. From traditional dance forms and oral songs to custom rituals and language, we create active spaces for learning, practice, and community performance. oods, and new activities as a family.
With over 25 cultural programmes conducted across Mysuru, Bengaluru, and Kodagu, our mission is grounded in four foundational actions:

From the movements of Bolak-aat and ancestral songs (Balo-paat) to language and ceremonial decorum (Koyime), we build active spaces for youth to learn living traditions firsthand.
Since 2022, Padipu Kaiyaale has presented over 25 cultural initiatives and performances across institutions, festivals, and community gatherings throughout Karnataka.
Open to students, performers, and community members dedicated to preserving our heritage. Join our training sessions, volunteer, or support upcoming cultural events.
